OK, I remember reading here that its 4PK620, and thats what Jackson told me as well.
I picked up that belt, and not only does it say 640mm on it, it also looks a bit thick. I just did a search to find out how to replace the belt, and I noticed that Holden said the proper belt size was "4PK245"
Which one is it?
Also, the belt I picked up is "Gates", not Bando. Will it not fit?

Also, is replacement of the belt as easy as just loosening the bolts and swapping them?
Ive seen things posted on the belts and pulleys, but not just the belt. I dont want to have to call Jim and bug him about it

I tried Gates belts, but they were smaller than they were listed. I'm currently using a Dayco 4PK630 (metric) / 248K4 (SAE). With my Gates belt forced on, I was able to take the original Bando belt to PEP boys and measure up a replacement - I had to get one a little larger, but it works fine.

No one near me carries metric belts, so I always convert to inches. 1" = 25.4mm
The belts ARE difficult to get on. The alt-blower belt has always needed to be "walked" on. Sometimes it can help to completely remove the idler pulley until the belt is around the ends.
I have a crank pulley tool, so removing the crank pulley is usually how I get the crank-alt belt back on. I put the belt on the pulleys and then put the crank pulley back on the crank.
You might be able to get bigger belts to make this easier, but the idler pulley can only tighten so much.

640mm might be a little too big. You can find the 620mm (or 24.5" as the part # you posted) from Autozone.
